Established in September 2019, we were bound for success after our founder enjoyed a dazzling rise at one of South Africa’s foremost law firms from candidate attorney to senior associate in five years. Prior to that, he served at Business Unity South Africa in 2010 – a time that exposed him to the highest level of South African corporate governance. In 2016 he was appointed as the company secretary for a transport company responsible for the safe travels of many South Africans in the City of Johannesburg.

In 2020, our ambition, resilience and excellence would be tested by the global pandemic and its effect on businesses and the whole globe. Although very young with limited office support, the firm proved its resilience and excellence by retaining its clients through the legal work and support it had accomplished. It was this period that our ambition was seen in the business industry and in our network given the quality of our work and what we accomplished even at the height of the pandemic.

Over five years later, we have been tried, tested and are trusted by established and emerging entities across South Africa and beyond, with the World Law Alliance as one of our global friends. We continue to build and sustain relationships in the South African organised business space, forming alliances with Africa’s leading law firms and ensuring we lay the legal foundation to protect businesses and align with all aspects of their business – our value to their sustainability and profitability.
